Please note that the DEFDG meeting this month will be a breakfast on Tuesday, December 19th at 7:30 a.m. at the Dallas Petroleum Club.  

Our group has a long history of introducing interesting new financing sources, allowing them to describe in some detail their particular niche in the capital markets.  Our speaker this month will be our member, Mr. Arthur N. Budge, Jr., President & CEO of Five States Energy Company.  A longtime property acquisition company, Five States is adapting to current market conditions by performing a 'non-extreme makeover' of itself into a mezzanine finance provider.  We hope you will come learn why and how this company is re-inventing itself (maybe yours should as well?), and take a last opportunity to spend time with your industry colleagues just before commerce shuts down for 2006.
